It seems Kale chips have become all the rage lately. Until today, I hadn’t tried them…however, I’m now a fan of the Kale chip! Kale is extremely full of nutrients & good stuff; turning something so healthy into a crispy snack is just a win-win. 🙂
My Kale chip experience/recipe is documented below:
* 1 bunch of Kale
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Separate the stems from the Kale leaves & tear leaves into bite sized pieces.
5. Bake for about 10-15 minutes at 350 until crispy (check the Kale frequently–it will easily burn).
6. Remove from oven & sprinkle with sea salt (you can add any favorite spices/herbs at this point as well).
